A DIVINELY ORDAINED UNION; KINGSLEY & CHINENYE’S

It’s our first love story of the year.

Congratulations to Kingsley and Chinenyeamara. The Groom – Kingsley Uchegbu is one of our writers, a fine young hardworking journalist.
Kingsley and Chinenye’s wedding pictures spell love and simplicity.

They met at NTA Benin Zonal Network Centre sometime in 2011. Kingsley had concluded his one-year mandatory National Youth Service Corps but was working as a freelance journalist while awaiting a job when Chinenye came for Internship as an undergraduate from Delta State University, Abraka.
Chinenye proved to be an intelligent, responsible and smart lady, and also one who is interested in Kingsley’s professionalism on the job.

“This is undoubtedly a union ordained by God” says Kingsley.
Our love story began in 2012 when we met on our way to the transmitting station in Aduwawa, I offered to pay for her fares, she accepted but that was only after much insistence on my part, he recounts.
The usual traffic on the Benin-Auchi, Abuja Road to Aduwawa afforded us more time for discussions.
… we kept the communication going for a better part of three years until I  PROPOSED!
And guess what!  She accepted!
That opened the doors to meet the families. The first phase of the journey took us to Lagos State where her family resides and later to Abia State to meet my family.
The journey climaxed with scheduling of dates for the traditional marriage and later the white wedding…

Beyond being a socialite, Chi is a committed Christian with good apostolic grooming and one with a never-give-up attitude.
She is a good cook, a teacher and adviser and most importantly my prayer partner.

"It is evident that God ordained this union and our case is different. To God be the glory!!!"
Congratulations once again.
May this union be filled with happiness forever and ever.
